Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can make changes on your order within 4 hours. Once your order has been placed over 4 hours, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.

If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Mamasaid accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Can I place an order via call?

Do I need to have an account with MamaSaid to place an order?

No. However, if you have an account with us, you will be able to track your orders and review your past purchases. Please ensure you are logged in to your account while shopping. Customers not logged in will not be able to save records of their past orders

What should I do if I receive the wrong item(s)?

If you received an incorrect item submit an email regarding your request.

Please provide your name, e-mail, order number, item name, and any other information that may be helpful to identify your case. We’ll make our best to solve this type of issue if it occurred.

When will I be charged?

Credit and debit cards, Paypal and E-Gift Cards are charged at time of the order placement.

When is my order shipped and how long does shipping take?

All orders will take 5-7 days to process before shipping.

Our standard shipping typically takes 7-20 business days to arrive once shipped whereas our standard international service typically takes between 12-30 business days. The reason why it will take this time is because some of our products are hand-finished / made-to-order, so please be patient. We will make sure your products are shipped as soon as possible!

If you need your package delivered right away, please send us a message and we'll send you other options (if needed).

Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.

Do you offer Saturday and Sunday delivery?

Orders and inquiries are not processed during weekends at this time.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 3-5 days for your tracking number to update with USPS or International carriers.

What if I didn’t receive my item?

We provide all our customers with tracking details, and our system tells us automatically if you’ve received the item or not. However, if you haven’t received your shipment within 60 days from payment, please contact us immediately.

What’s the shipping cost?

For orders placed directly through our site, shipping is free for you.

Will I have to pay for customs or Import taxes?

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
